Barnes & Thornburg Adds Corporate Partner Kevin DiDio in Southeast Michigan
Barnes & Thornburg has announced that Kevin M. DiDio will be joining the firm’s Corporate Department in the firm’s Southeast Michigan office.
DiDio focuses his practice on advising clients in highly technical and regulated industries including manufacturing, healthcare, life sciences, automotive, high-tech, investment banking, and financial services in regulatory matters, mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, and joint ventures. He has managed significant transactions for established manufacturers and startups.
“It’s an exciting and uncharted time for manufacturing, with increased investment and legislation pushing, for instance, for the transition to electric vehicles,” said David Gotlieb, chair of Barnes & Thornburg’s Corporate Department. “Kevin’s depth of knowledge in the automotive and manufacturing sectors is a fantastic addition to our Southeast Michigan presence.”
