Baker Donelson Adds Health Care Litigator Theresa Concepcion to Baltimore Office

Theresa Concepcion has joined Baker Donelson's Health Care Litigation Group as of counsel in the Baltimore office. She is the latest in a number of recent additions to the Firm's growing Baltimore office.

In the last year, more than a dozen shareholders, of counsel, and associates have joined Baker Donelson's Baltimore office in practice areas including corporate, health law, financial services, litigation, tax, and labor and employment. The continued growth of the Baltimore team reinforces the strong culture of the Firm and its reputation for attracting dynamic entrepreneurial legal professionals.

Focusing her practice on health care litigation, Ms. Concepcion represents owners, managers, and operators of skilled nursing facilities in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, Ohio, and Florida. She handles all phases of complex litigation, also utilizing her prior in-house experience and knowledge of governance and regulatory matters gained as vice president and assistant general counsel at JP Morgan Chase. She also previously practiced law at some of the largest law firms in the country, representing Fortune 100 companies in breach of contract and breach of fiduciary duty matters.

Ms. Concepcion, who most recently was a partner and chair of commercial litigation at Nathan & Kamionski LLP, received her J.D. from Cornell Law School and her Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude, from Montclair State University.
