Carlton Fields Adds Business Litigator in West Palm Beach
Carlton Fields is pleased to announce that Anny M. Martin joined the firm as an associate in West Palm Beach. She is a member of the firm’s National Business Litigation Practice.
Carlton Fields’ Business Litigation Practice is its largest, comprising more than 150 attorneys in 11 offices across the country who handle complex business trials, arbitrations, and appeals. Chambers USA 2022 ranks the firm as “highly regarded” for its general commercial litigation practice.
Martin focuses her practice on business and civil disputes in federal and state courts and in international arbitration tribunals. She represents diverse clients in a variety of matters, including claims for breach of contract, fraud and deceptive trade practices, and business disputes related to real property and shareholder actions. Her work also includes negotiating and drafting business agreements. Additionally, Martin has experience in maritime transactions and litigation involving luxury yachts and counseling Latin American clients in litigation.
Martin received her J.D. from the University of Florida Levin College of Law and her B.A. from the University of California, Los Angeles. She also earned an MBA from Universidad Católica Boliviana. Martin is a member of The Florida Bar Young Lawyers Division, Miami-Dade Bar, and Coral Gables Bar Association. She also serves on, and is a former chair of, Junior League of Miami’s Advocacy Committee.
