Burr & Forman Strengthens White Collar Practice with Addition of Robin B. Mark

Burr & Forman LLP is pleased to announce the addition of Robin B. Mark as a Partner in its Birmingham office. Robin joins Burr after 10 years as Assistant United States Attorney for the Northern District of Alabama, most recently as the Deputy Chief of the Criminal Division overseeing the prosecution of white collar matters.

Robin is an experienced trial attorney with extensive litigation experience in civil and criminal matters. She focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation and the representation of individuals and corporations in government and internal investigations. Robin represents individuals and businesses who are involved in state or federal government investigations as witnesses, victims, or potential targets. She assists clients with navigating their potential civil and criminal exposure and responding to law enforcement inquiries.

“We are delighted to have Robin join us in Birmingham,” said Ed Christian, Managing Partner. “Her trial and government enforcement experience adds depth to our commercial litigation practice and bolsters our growing white collar practice.”

Outside of her practice, Robin has served as an Adjunct Professor at Cumberland School of Law teaching Basic Skills of Trial Advocacy for over a decade. She has been active in numerous professional and community organizations, including serving on the Birmingham Bar Foundation and the Board of Directors for the Birmingham Children’s Theater.

Robin earned her undergraduate degree in communications from the University of Alabama and her J.D. from the Cumberland School of Law.
