Three Attorneys Join Armstrong Teasdale in Denver and London

Armstrong Teasdale announces the addition of Partner Nicholas Dyer to the firm’s Denver office, Senior Associate Louise Smyth to the London office and Senior Associate Garrett Dean to the Denver office. They join a roster of more than 370 attorneys across Armstrong Teasdale’s 15 offices internationally.
Dyer advises clients with their complex and unique real estate transactions, including sales and acquisitions, commercial leasing, lender and borrower-side institutional and private financing, and property development projects. He is honored to serve clients ranging from Fortune 500 multinational entities to regional midmarket and local small businesses, and nonprofit organizations. In all representations, Dyer’s overarching objectives are to understand and accomplish his clients’ objectives and close the deal.
Smyth is a member of the firm’s U.K. Employment and Immigration practice. She has extensive experience in providing practical and commercial employment law advice to a broad range of clients, ranging from publicly listed companies to charities and independent schools. She also acts for senior executives. Smyth advises on all aspects of Employment Tribunal and High Court litigation, including restraint of trade and injunctive relief issues, and also regularly advises on the employment aspects of corporate transactions.
Dean represents business clients across a wide variety of industries. He has drafted and negotiated agreements with an aggregate value exceeding $1 billion. Dean advises on issues ranging from business formation and general corporate matters to corporate and technology transactions, copyright protection, trademark registrations and renewals, and commercial contracts and licensing arrangements. He also has experience in providing legal counsel to individuals, groups and companies in matters related to podcasting.
