Proskauer Welcomes Capital Markets Partner Kristina Trauger in New York

Proskauer, a leading international law firm, is pleased to welcome Kristina Trauger as a partner in the Capital Markets Group of its Corporate Department. Based in the New York office, Kristina has deep experience advising publicly traded companies, investment banks and investors in a wide range of complex corporate transactions, including securities offerings and mergers and acquisitions.

Kristina represents clients in connection with the going-public process and various types of securities offerings, including initial public offerings, follow-on offerings, at-the-market offerings, SPACs, private placements, investment-grade and high-yield bonds. She is also a trusted advisor on corporate governance, securities compliance and SEC reporting matters.

Kristina received both her M.B.A. and J.D. from Seton Hall University. She joins from Shearman & Sterling.
