Immigration Attorney Alice Pak Joins Nelson Mullins in Atlanta
Nelson Mullins is pleased to announce that Alice Pak has joined the firm as of counsel in Atlanta.
Pak focuses on business immigration law. She represents companies and individuals in a wide range of immigrant visa and non-immigrant visa matters, including intra-company transferee visas, E-2 treaty-based visas, specialty occupation, multinational executives and managers, individuals with extraordinary abilities or achievements, National Interest Waivers, temporary worker/visitor, exchange visitors, and Treaty National Professionals. Fluent in Korean, she is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, the National Association of Asian American Professionals, and the Georgia Asian Pacific American Bar Association.
She earned her JD from Western New England University School of Law and a BA in Psychology from Emory University.
