Holland & Knight Adds Corporate and Private Equity Partner David Valeck in Washington
Holland & Knight has strengthened its leading corporate M&A and private equity practice with the addition of David Valeck as a partner in its Washington, D.C., office.
Mr. Valeck practices in the area of commercial finance, with an emphasis on debt financing transactions in connection with leveraged buyouts on behalf of private equity funds. He has broad experience in the representation of borrowers in all types of bank, private credit and direct lending credit facilities. He was previously a partner with Arnold & Porter.

Mr. Valeck earned a J.D. degree from the University of Michigan Law School, an MBA degree from the University of Michigan Business School and a B.A. degree from Michigan State University.
