Benesch Adds Litigation Associate to Chicago Office
As Benesch continues to add to its roster of top-notch legal talent, the firm is pleased to welcome Associate Brooke Rogers to the firm’s Litigation Practice Group in Chicago.
Brooke focuses her practice on commercial litigation, including real estate matters, breach of contract, UCC, and insurance disputes; product liability, including, warranty claims; and environmental law. She has handled cases from filing in all matters of discovery, depositions, motion practice, and case management in numerous Illinois counties and New York state court.
Brooke is well versed in federal law and procedure; she has assisted on products liability and commercial matters filed in federal court in Illinois, Wisconsin, and New York, including substantive motion drafting. Brooke has also spearheaded e-discovery on numerous large complex commercial cases utilizing e-discovery vendors, coordinated discovery collection efforts with clients, drafted litigation hold and search term parameters, and negotiated with opposing counsel regarding e-discovery parameters.
She received her B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania and her J.D. from Loyola University Chicago of Law.
