Attorney Julie L. Sprau has joined Fredrikson & Byron as counsel in the Corporate & Securities Group. Sprau delivers pragmatic, strategic advice to clients in a variety of business settings.
Sprau’s prior experience working in different industries gives her a broad portfolio of experiences to call on when advising clients. She assists clients in a wide range of transactional matters. Prior to joining Fredrikson, Sprau served as Chief Compliance Officer for a registered investment adviser. Sprau developed and oversaw the compliance program including filing Form ADV, Form PF and other ancillary compliance documents. Additionally, she drafted and negotiated a range of agreements supporting the operations of the management company.
