David Becker Joins Dickinson Wright Chicago Office
Dickinson Wright PLLC is pleased to announce that David Becker has joined the firm’s Chicago office as Of Counsel.
David maintains a diverse litigation practice handling a broad range of complex commercial matters covering patent, trademark, and copyright infringement, trade secrets disputes, enforcement and avoidance of non-compete and non-solicitation agreements, healthcare payor/provider disputes, employment discrimination claims, fiduciary duty claims, and real estate disputes. In these matters, David regularly handles trials before juries, judges and arbitrators and has represented clients in federal courts, state courts and before government agencies throughout the U.S. Throughout his career, David has counseled business clients in matters where technology and people intersect and, as a result, he represents clients in employment matters, trade-secret disputes, and corporate divorces.
David is a member of the American Bar Association’s Tort Trial and Insurance Practice Section Council and serves on the section’s Council; he is also Vice-Chair on the following committees: Business Litigation, Litigation and Trial Practice, Cannabis Law and Policy, Scope and Correlation Committee, Finance Committee, and Long-Range Planning Committee. He has been recognized as a leader in his field by Illinois Super Lawyers and Benchmark Litigation. David received his B.A. from the University of Rochester and his J.D. from DePaul University College of Law.
