Corporate And Securities Attorney John P. Alexander Joins Snell & Wilmer’s Orange County Office
Snell & Wilmer is pleased to welcome corporate and securities attorney John P. Alexander to the Orange County office.
Mr. Alexander is a corporate and securities associate in the Orange County office. He focuses his practice on advising clients on general corporate and litigation matters, as well as the formation, structuring and ongoing management of private and registered funds, and regulatory and compliance-related matters.
Prior to his legal career, Mr. Alexander worked as a portfolio manager and a sales trader for institutional brokerage firms. During law school, he interned with the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office and the Securities and Exchange Commission. Mr. Alexander received his J.D. from University of California, Los Angeles School of Law, his M.B.A. from University of California, Los Angeles Anderson School of Management and his B.A. from Pomona College. He joins Snell & Wilmer from Kosnett Law Firm.
