Leveraged Finance and Special Situations Partner Elizabeth Tabas Carson Joins Sidley’s Global Finance Practice
Sidley is pleased to announce that Elizabeth Tabas Carson has joined the firm as a partner in its Global Finance practice in New York City. Elizabeth has significant experience advising on complex domestic and cross-border financing and special situations transactions across a number of industries, including secured financing and loan transactions, acquisition financings, recapitalizations, debt restructurings, NAV financings, de-SPAC support transactions, and other bespoke debt offerings in private and public markets.
She has a diverse and expansive client base, regularly advising public and private companies, private equity and other financial sponsors and their portfolio companies, as well as, private credit funds, other asset managers and financial institutions providing senior, mezzanine and subordinated capital. She has particular experience in structuring tailor-made secured financing solutions for private credit managers, funds, healthcare and life science companies, and technology companies with esoteric and regulated assets.
