Latham Adds Another Talented Intellectual Property Litigator in New York
Latham & Watkins LLP is pleased to announce that Rachel Blitzer has joined the firm’s New York office as counsel in the Intellectual Property Litigation Practice and as a member of the Litigation & Trial Department. Blitzer’s practice focuses on complex intellectual property disputes including trade secrets, patent infringement, breach of contract, and antitrust matters.
Blitzer works across a broad range of technologies, including software applications, financial products, industrial machinery, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, and chemical products. She also has particular experience in Hatch-Waxman litigations and has represented leading pharmaceutical companies at both the trial and appellate levels, as well as in post-settlement antitrust actions.
Blitzer is the latest in a string of additions to the New York office’s IP Litigation team, including first chair trial lawyer Tony Sammi and leading life sciences trial lawyers Arlene Chow and Ernest Yakob.
