Emily S. Horn Joins Bradley
Bradley is pleased to announce that Emily S. Horn has joined the firm as a partner in the Corporate & Securities Practice Group.
“We are very happy to welcome Emily to Bradley,” said Bradley Chairman of the Board and Managing Partner Jonathan M. Skeeters. “She brings a wealth of experience in corporate and securities matters that will enhance the services we offer our clients in Tennessee and beyond.”
Ms. Horn advises clients on mergers and acquisitions, securities issuances and regulation, the use of Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOPs), commercial contracts, corporate governance and general corporate matters. She represents a variety of clients, including corporate ESOP sponsors, ESOP trustees, and public and private companies in the construction, healthcare, hospitality, manufacturing, aviation, telecommunications, and banking industries. Ms. Horn is a graduate (cum laude) of the University of Georgia School of Law and received her B.S. from the University of Virginia.
