Ropes & Gray Adds Three More Partners to Asset Management, M&A and Finance Practices
Global law firm Ropes & Gray today announced that three partners have joined the firm. Asset management partner Jennifer Graff and M&A partner Suni Sreepada have joined the firm’s 500-lawyer New York office. Jennifer Harris, partner in the firm’s capital solutions and private credit practice, has joined in Los Angeles, where the firm is opening a new office in early 2022.
With their arrivals, Ropes & Gray has added five new partners since late December. They include private equity partner Brandon Howald in Los Angeles and IP transactions partner Edward Sadtler in New York. Ropes & Gray has also hired more than 200 lateral associates and counsel, a record number in 24 months.
“Each of our new partners are highly skilled lawyers with a practical, client-first approach to their work,” said managing partner David Djaha. “They are each uniquely qualified lawyers to help our clients solve their most complex issues.”

- Jennifer Graff is a highly regarded private funds lawyer, experienced in advising fund sponsors and investors, focusing on the formation, management and operation of private equity funds, credit funds, hedge funds, hybrid funds, co-investment funds and GP staking funds.
- Jennifer Harris is a seasoned special situations finance attorney brings a deep understanding and practical approach to the legal demands of secured lending, distressed financings and workouts of troubled finance transactions.
- Suni Sreepada is a leading lawyer for mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, divestitures and strategic investments. She skillfully counsels clients on SEC disclosure and stock exchange compliance considerations.
