Ice Miller Grows Health Care Practice, Chicago Office with Two Lateral Partners
Ice Miller LLP has bolstered its health care practice with the addition of two partners in Chicago, Jason Lundy and Ethan Rii.
Lundy, who joined Ice Miller from Polsinelli, brings a wealth of experience representing long-term care, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living establishments, continuing care retirement communities, residences for adults and children with developmental disabilities, and senior housing companies. He also represents clients in administrative hearings before state and federal agencies.
Rii, who joined Ice Miller from Vedder Price where he was chair of that firm’s health care and professional associations practice group, focuses his practice on health care transactions and regulatory matters surrounding mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings and joint ventures for hospitals, health systems, multispecialty and large physician practices, specialty and ancillary care providers, managed care organizations, private equity firms and financial institutions investing in the health care space.

In addition to Lundy and Rii, Ice Miller also welcomed business associate Gregory Barr to the Chicago office. With the addition of these laterals, Ice Miller’s Chicago office has grown by nearly 40 percent in the last year to almost 60 lawyers.
