Loeb & Loeb Adds Market-Leading Corporate Partner Alexandria Kane in New York
Loeb & Loeb is pleased to announce the arrival of leading corporate lawyer, Alexandria Kane, who joins the firm as a partner in its Capital Markets & Corporate Department. Based in New York, Kane focuses her practice on corporate law, capital markets, securities, and mergers and acquisitions.
“To keep pace with the incredibly active capital markets and M&A market, we are continually looking to broaden the scope of our industry-leading Capital Markets & Corporate Department. Known for handling complex, high-stakes deals, Alexandria is the perfect addition to help us further round out our talented team,” said Mitch Nussbaum, vice chair of Loeb & Loeb and co-chair of the firm’s Capital Markets & Corporate Department.
Kane’s addition comes directly on the heels of the addition this past year of five other corporate partners: Janeane Ferrari, Jessica Isokawa, Lynia Lau, Andrei Sirabionian and Alex Weniger-Araujo.
Kane represents a variety of investors and public and private companies in general corporate governance, business formations, capital transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and securities law compliance. She regularly serves as outside general counsel to corporate clients, providing ongoing legal analysis of corporate risks and opportunities. She also has advised on numerous SPAC offerings.
“New York is the financial capital of the world. This is an important addition for our firm and, in particular, the New York office,” said Laurie Ruckel, managing partner of the firm’s New York office.
Kane manages a broad and active practice. She has recently represented both underwriters and issuers in the IPOs of SPACs, targeting a wide range of industries including financial services, insurance, technology, media, telecommunications, cannabis and health care.

Kane joins Loeb & Loeb from White and Williams LLP, where she was a partner and chair of the firm’s Corporate and Securities Group. Kane earned a B.A. from Georgetown University and her J.D. from Boston College Law School.
