Goldberg Segalla added Brendan P. Clark to the firm’s Global Insurance Services group in Newark.
Brendan focuses his practice on counseling and defending clients in complex insurance coverage matters. He draws on experience as a law clerk at a private law firm, conducting research, preparing briefs and legal memoranda, and composing pre-trial and trial documents.
Brendan earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of South Carolina and his juris doctor from the Seaton Hall University School of Law. While attending law school, he gained experience as a judicial extern in New Jersey Superior Court, Civil Division. Brendan also served as a legal extern for the Office of the Attorney General Bureau of Securities in New Jersey, and was a summer associate in a private firm working in insurance defense litigation.
