Fisher Phillips Welcomes Dana Ferrell to the Chicago Office
Fisher Phillips, one of the country’s preeminent labor and employment law firms representing employers, is pleased to announce that Dana Ferrell has joined the firm as an associate in the Chicago office.
Prior to joining Fisher Phillips, Dana was at a law firm where she developed and implemented litigation strategy on behalf of Chicago’s healthcare industry. As a trial lawyer, she has experience managing all aspects of complex litigation including drafting and arguing motions, interviewing witnesses, consulting experts, taking depositions, and negotiating settlements. At Fisher Phillips, Dana will continue her work as a litigator and will defend employers in issues arising out of federal and state employment laws. She will also help employers of all sizes prevent workplace disputes by advising and counseling them on regulatory compliance, employee training, handbooks, and policy creation.
Dana earned her J.D. from DePaul University College of Law, and during law school she interned at the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC).
