Peter Grandey Joins Stinson in Denver Office
Stinson LLP is pleased to announce that Peter E. Grandey has joined the firm as an associate in its Denver office. Grandey is a strategic thinker with a distinct business mindset with significant experience in corporate finance and securities law.
Grandey has negotiated and closed multi-million dollar mergers in the oil and gas, agriculture, REITS and intellectual property sectors. He has experience in drafting purchase agreements, employment agreements, promissory notes and company formation documents. Grandey advises clients on corporate governance and compliance matters, including reorganization, issuance of securities and capital investments, corporate tax strategies and shareholder rights, and navigates clients through all aspects of securities management for both public and private companies.
Prior to joining Stinson, Grandey worked as corporate counsel at publicly traded uranium and gold exploration and mining companies in Denver.
Grandey received his J.D. from Western Michigan University and his bachelor's degree in Journalism with an emphasis in Television from Ithaca College.
