Fisher Phillips Continues to Grow in Sacramento
With nearly a decade of experience, Christopher advises and defends employers in a range of workplace law matters, including preventative advice and counseling and representing clients in single-plaintiff, multi-plaintiff, and class actions in both state and federal courts. His practice focuses on a wide range of employment laws, including wage-and-hour class actions, PAGA litigation, Title VII, ADA, ADEA, FMLA, FLSA, as well as California’s Fair Employment and House Act, Labor Code, Consumer Legal Remedies Act, and Unfair Competition Law. Christopher also has experience counseling clients on issues related to leave, termination, internal investigations, wage-and-hour issues, workplace and out-of-office conduct, and COVID-19-related matters.
Christopher earned his J.D. from Lewis and Clark Law School, his M.A. in philosophy from Boston College, and his B.A. from College of the Holy Cross.
