Singh Joins Commercial Litigation and Construction Teams
Avin Singh has joined Lane Powell as an Associate on the Commercial Litigation and Construction Teams.
He is an experienced litigator who counsels clients on common and complex commercial, construction, product liability, property damage, and general tort matters involving state as well as federal laws and regulations.
Singh has experience with a full range of litigation processes, including pre-litigation investigations and settlement negotiations, mediation, discovery, motions practice, and trial. He has represented insurance carriers, owners, and contractors in numerous construction disputes.
Singh received his J.D., manga cum laude, from the Seattle University School of Law and his B.A. in Law, Societies, and Justice from the University of Washington.
