Goldberg Segalla Welcomes Bryan P. Regan
Goldberg Segalla added Bryan P. Regan to the firm’s Civil Litigation and Trial group in Newark.
Bryan focuses his practice on defending insurance companies, public entities, and individual clients in a wide array of civil disputes, including employment, construction, banking and real estate, insurance, constitutional and civil rights violations, tax, and breach of contract matters. He has extensive experience representing public entities in prerogative writs lawsuits. His background also includes representing plaintiffs and individuals in personal injury, premises liability, commercial litigation, and landlord-tenant matters. Bryan has handled hundreds of cases from inception through resolution, and has jury and bench trial experience.
Bryan earned his bachelor’s degree from Franklin and Marshall College and his juris doctor from the Thomas Jefferson School of Law.
