Bressler, Amery & Ross Welcomes Harrison A. Kaufman as Counsel in the New York Office
Harrison A. Kaufman joins Bressler, Amery & Ross, P.C.’s New York law office as Counsel within the firm’s Real Estate and Cannabis Law practice groups. He represents and advises clients in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including mortgage origination, financing, leasing, partnerships, joint ventures, purchase and sale agreements, loan work-outs and modifications.
“We are excited to welcome Harrison to the firm,” said Michael Ostrowsky, who leads Bressler’s Real Estate practice. “His deep experience and knowledge in real estate transactional matters will prove critical to the firm’s growth in the space.”
Having handled transactional matters for more than 18 years, Kaufman is primarily focused on real estate lending, corporate acquisition and development, leases, joint ventures, and bankruptcies. He also has expanded his transactional practice into other areas, especially the cannabis industry.
Kaufman earned his J.D., cum laude, from New York Law School. He completed his undergraduate studies at University of Delaware, where he was awarded a B.A. in History and Political Science.
