Private Client Services Attorney Daniel J. Matloubian Joins Snell & Wilmer’s Orange County Office

Snell & Wilmer is pleased to welcome private client services attorney Daniel J. Matloubian to the Orange County office.
 
“We are thrilled that Daniel has joined us,” said Timothy J. Kay, Orange County partner and co-practice group leader in the firm’s private client services group. “He is an exceptional attorney and is a wonderful addition to our existing private client services team in California.”
 
Matloubian focuses his practice on complex trust and estate litigation, as well as trust and estate administration. He has experience representing individuals, families, corporate trustees and private fiduciaries in litigation involving will and trust disputes, contested conservatorships and guardianships, breach of fiduciary duty matters and claims involving elder abuse.
 
Matloubian has spent his entire legal career in the field of trust and estate litigation and administration, previously working for a major international firm focused in trust and estate litigation. Prior to his legal career, he became a Certified Public Accountant and uses his insights as an accountant to better serve his clients.
 
He received his J.D. from University of California, Los Angeles School of Law and his B.S. from University of Southern California, Leventhal School of Accounting. He joins Snell & Wilmer from Keystone Law Group, P.C.
