Polsinelli Adds Securities & Corporate Finance Shareholder Shashi Khiani in Washington, D.C.

Khiani’s practice focuses on representing public companies and underwriters in a variety of capital markets transactions, including initial public offerings and follow-on offerings of securities. Additionally, he advises public and late-stage private companies and their boards of directors on corporate governance, disclosure matters and U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) reporting obligations.

Khiani is a member, and former board member, of the South Asian Bar Association of Washington, D.C. Khiani graduated from Indiana University with a bachelor’s degree in business with a concentration in accounting and finance. He then attended Georgetown University Law Center where he received his J.D., cum laude. Khiani is also a Certified Public Accountant and was with a Big 4 accounting firm prior to law school.
