Real Estate Attorney Amy Herzog Joins Quarles & Brady’s Milwaukee Office as of Counsel
The national law firm of Quarles & Brady LLP today announced that Real Estate attorney Amy Herzog has joined the firm's Milwaukee office as of counsel. She was previously in-house counsel for a national real estate investment company.
Herzog represents commercial real estate clients in complex transactions involving the acquisition, disposition, financing, management and leasing of a wide range of properties. Additionally, she assists clients in all phases of the commercial real estate acquisition and ownership process, particularly in conducting legal due diligence, reviewing and negotiating loan documents for acquisitions and refinancing, negotiating operations contracts and managing the closing process.
Herzog received her Juris Doctor from Marquette University Law School and her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
