O'Sullivan Joins Commercial Litigation Team
Erika O'Sullivan has joined Lane Powell as an Associate on the Commercial Litigation Team. She counsels individuals and businesses in complex matters. O'Sullivan serves as a strategic partner and advocates to help clients achieve their goals through practical legal solutions.
Prior to joining Lane Powell, O'Sullivan worked as a Fulbright Scholar who taught English in Germany. After completing her Fulbright, she returned to Alaska and worked in state and local politics. She then worked as a Law Clerk for the U.S. District Court for the District of Alaska and for the Central District of California, where she focused on a variety of topics including civil and criminal issues, civil rights litigation, and civil discovery matters.
O'Sullivan received her J.D. from the University of Oregon School of Law and her B.A. in Political Science and German Studies, magna cum laude, from the University of Portland.
