Quarles & Brady Adds Patent Attorney Rob Mihalko to Phoenix Office as Senior Counsel
The national law firm of Quarles & Brady LLP today announced that Rob Mihalko has joined the firm's Phoenix office as senior counsel.
Mihalko is a patent attorney with experience in patent prosecution, IP portfolio management, contract drafting and negotiation, mergers & acquisitions, licensing and litigation support. He also counsels clients regarding IP strategy and prepares offensive and defensive product and patent analyses, including pre-litigation settlement negotiations.
Prior to practicing law, Mihalko gained design and test engineering experience at a leading microprocessor manufacturer in the areas of microprocessor design, flash memory and graphics processing. He holds a Juris Doctor from Arizona State University College of Law and a Master of Science and Bachelor of Science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
