Wendel Rosen Welcomes Attorney David F. Monsour
Wendel Rosen LLP, the largest law firm in the East Bay representing businesses and individuals throughout the country, announced today that David F. Monsour will join the firm as their newest Trusts and Estates Attorney, effective October 11.
“David has a strong legal background with experience in trust and estates law,” said Wendel Rosen Managing Partner Daniel Rapaport. “His passion for helping people by giving them insight and advice to successfully guide them through difficult situations will be an asset to Wendel Rosen. We know our clients will benefit from his expertise.”
With his breadth of legal experience, Monsour will be working with the Trusts and Estates practice group. “Beyond Wendel Rosen’s stellar reputation in the legal community, I’m excited to be working closely with colleagues who are not only fantastic attorneys but are also good people, to support and further our clients’ successes,” says Monsour.
Prior to joining Wendel Rosen, Monsour was an associate attorney at Barr & Young where he litigated trust and estates matters. Monsour previously externed for The Honorable Edward J. Davila, of the U.S. District Court, Northern District of California and for the Ninth Circuit, Office of the Circuit Executive in San Francisco. He has been recognized over the past four years as a Northern California Rising Star by Super Lawyers. Monsour is a member of the California Bar Association and holds a B.B.A. from The University of Texas at Austin and a J.D. from University of California, Hastings College of the Law.
