Brown Rudnick Expands Its Special Situations and Debt Trading Practice Group With Two New Hires

International law firm Brown Rudnick LLP continues to expand its Special Situations and Debt Trading practice group with the addition of two new team members, Eleni Zodiates as Counsel and Natalie Grundy as an Associate.

Eleni has experience in a wide range of sophisticated and bespoke international finance transactions, including Special Situations, Real Estate Finance (acquisition and development), asset-backed financing in Emerging Markets and Acquisition Finance. Eleni acts for a variety of market participants including private equity funds, investment banks and corporate borrowers. Prior to joining Brown Rudnick, Eleni completed a secondment as sole in-house counsel at a private equity fund investing in asset-backed special opportunities and worked at Vinson & Elkins and Jones Day.

Natalie, who joins from Watson Farley Williams, specialises in asset and project finance. She has worked on many multi-jurisdictional transactions and her practice focuses on asset finance within the transport and energy sectors as well as financial and corporate law in the maritime and aviation sectors.

Led by partners Tuvi Keinan, Louisa Watt and Steven Wasserman Brown Rudnick’s Special Situations and Debt Trading Group advises clients including funds, financial institutions and family offices on the acquisition and sale of loan portfolios, syndicated bank loans, debt instruments, derivatives, insolvency, and litigation claims throughout Europe, the United States and Asia.
