SNELL & WILMER WELCOMES JUSTIN B. BIRTCHER TO PHOENIX OFFICE
Snell & Wilmer is pleased to announce that Justin B. Birtcher has joined the firm as an associate in its Phoenix office.
Birtcher focuses his practice in commercial finance, compliance, and transactional matters. Prior to joining Snell & Wilmer he worked for a Fortune 50 company, aligning business and legal strategies to negotiate complex purchasing, licensing, and intellectual property agreements.
Birtcher is also a certified public accountant (CPA). While working for PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), he performed audit, SEC, and advisement work for multiple public and non-public clients in the aerospace, insurance, automotive, financial services, and construction industries.
Birtcher received his J.D. from University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law and his B.S. in Accounting from Brigham Young University Marriott School of Management.
