Henry Klingeman and Ernesto Cerimele Join Porzio as Of Counsel
Attorneys Henry Klingeman and Ernesto Cerimele have joined Porzio, Bromberg & Newman as Of Counsel to the firm. Renowned for their criminal defense, corporate investigations, and complex civil litigation work, Klingeman and Cerimele will enhance Porzio’s existing litigation capabilities. Porzio and Klingeman Cerimele have a history of collaborating on client matters. The new Of Counsel arrangement formalizes this relationship and allows both firms to offer expanded services to clients by leveraging attorneys from both firms to provide a broader range of practices. The law firm of Klingeman Cerimele, and its attorneys, will also continue to maintain an independent practice when the firm begins occupying space at Porzio’s Morristown office at 100 Southgate Parkway.
