Jenny Dao Joins Miller Starr Regalia As A Litigation Associate In Walnut Creek Office
Miller Starr Regalia (MSR), a preeminent California real estate law firm for more than 50 years, announced today that Jenny Dao is joining the firm's Walnut Creek headquarters as a litigation associate. She is the third litigation associate, and sixth associate overall, to join MSR during the past year.
Dao was an MSR summer associate in 2019 and 2020 where she was exposed to and worked on matters for the land use, transactional, and litigation departments.
“We were very impressed with Jenny’s ability to work on projects throughout MSR’s specialties and excel in multiple practice areas,” said Ella K. Gower, Miller Starr Regalia's managing shareholder.
MSR's Litigation Department represents Fortune 500 companies, governmental agencies, developers, homebuilders, financial institutions, title insurers, property owners and managers, retailers, media companies, manufacturers, REITs and smaller companies in a variety of matters related to business, real property, commercial, environmental, construction and insurance-related disputes.
“Jenny is the third associate we’ve added to our litigation practice this year, a testament to the great work being done by the department in a very difficult year as we and our clients continue to deal with the repercussions of COVID-19,” said Anthony Leones, chair of Miller Starr Regalia's Litigation Department. “We are thrilled that after two summers at MSR, we now have Jenny as part of the team full time.”
Dao received her J.D. from the University of California, Davis School of Law and her B.S. from St. Olaf College.
