SNELL & WILMER’S PORTLAND OFFICE CONTINUES TO GROW WITH ADDITION OF LAURIE R. HAGER

Snell & Wilmer is pleased to announce  that Laurie  R.  Hager  has  joined  the  Portland  office  as  counsel  in  the  Commercial Litigation practice group.

Hager focuses her commercial litigation practice on commercial real estate and leasing, construction, enforcement of creditors’ rights, and insurance coverage. She represents clients in a wide range of industries, including construction and real estate. She regularly assists clients with contract disputes, negotiations and resolutions.  Additionally,  Hager  represents  clients  in  federal  and  state  courts, arbitration and mediation.

Hager received her J.D. from the University of Colorado School of Law at Boulder and her B.A. from the University of Connecticut. She is a member of the Oregon State bar and currently serves as an Executive Committee Member of the Construction Law section. Prior to joining Snell & Wilmer, Hager was a partner at Sussman Shank LLP.
 
Snell & Wilmer is dedicated to expanding its presence in the Pacific Northwest. It opened its Oregon office in  January  2020.  The  firm  recently  relocated  to  a  new  location  in  downtown  Portland  and,  in  2021,  has added four lawyers to its preexisting group. Hager joins the current Portland-based attorneys who advise clients on a wide range of legal issues, including appellate law, bankruptcy and restructuring, commercial and  public  finance,  commercial  litigation,  constitutional  litigation,  corporate  and  securities,  estate  and wealth planning, First Amendment and defamation guidance and litigation, real estate, and state and local taxes.
