Foley Hoag Expands Private Funds Team with Addition of Diana Lo as Counsel
Foley Hoag LLP welcomes the return of Diana Lo as counsel in the firm's Business Department, where she will focus on providing legal advice to investment advisers and private funds, including hedge funds, private equity funds and venture capital funds.
Lo’s practice also includes advising institutional investors in connection with their investments in hedge funds, private equity funds and other alternative assets.
Earlier in her career, Lo spent several years as an associate in Foley Hoag’s Business Department.

Prior to rejoining Foley Hoag, Lo was Vice President and Senior Counsel at State Street Global Advisors (SSGA) where she provided legal counsel to SSGA’s bank-maintained collective investment trusts and private funds. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Cornell University, and a Juris Doctorate from the Washington University in St. Louis School of Law.
