Huck Joins Corporate, Securities and M&A Team
Lachlan Huck has joined Lane Powell as an Associate on the Corporate, Securities and M&A Team.
Huck is a corporate attorney who helps startups, technology, and SaaS companies reach their full potential. Knowledgeable about the full lifecycle of emerging companies, he guides clients through entity formations, business licensing, technology transactions, debt and equity financings, and mergers and acquisitions, and he advises on all aspects of corporate law and governance. Huck enjoys serving as a trusted business partner and helping small to mid-cap companies successfully bring products to market.
His experience also includes advising cryptocurrency and cannabis startup clients on technology transactions, financings, mergers and acquisitions, and administrative licensing and appeals.
Prior to joining private practice, Huck served as an in-house attorney for both a biopharmaceutical company and clean water technology company.
Huck received his J.D. and his B.A. in History and Political Science from the University of Washington.
