Greenberg Traurig bolsters its Capital Markets Practice with new Local Partner Mateusz Zaleński
Advocate Mateusz Zaleński has joined Greenberg Traurig as a Warsaw Office Local Partner.
Local Partner Mateusz Zaleński specializes in securities law, mergers and acquisitions and capital market transactions. He advises on primary and secondary public offerings, issues of debt securities and public-to-private transactions. He has worked for investment banks and multinational corporations, as well as private equity and venture capital funds.

Mateusz Zaleński, a Greenberg Traurig alumni, recently was associated with another international law firm. In addition to being a qualified Advocate admitted to practice in Poland, Mateusz Zaleński earned an LL.M. degree from Harvard Law School and graduated from the University of Warsaw as well as SGH Warsaw School of Economics.
