Michael J. Carey Joins Klinedinst as Senior Counsel in Irvine
Michael J. Carey joins Klinedinst PC as Senior Counsel at the firm’s office in Irvine. Mr. Carey applies his exceptional legal knowledge in the practice areas of Product Liability, General Liability, and Toxic Tort/ Environmental litigation. He focuses primarily on personal injury defense and premises defense when representing national corporations in complex litigation matters . Mr. Carey handles the vast majority of cases involving the protection of property owners and businesses in premises liability claims.
Mr. Carey has over a decade of experience representing his clients in various civil matters, including personal injury, product liability, and public tort liability. His extensive knowledge of product liability gives him a one-of-a-kind ability to handle complex claims involving multiple legal theories. Along with serving as lead litigation counsel, Mr. Carey brings years of experience defending clients’ Person(s) Most Qualified (PMQ) and cross-examining expert witnesses. He has established a world-class perspective on developing and anticipating strategies from both sides of civil action by representing plaintiff and defense clients. He frequently collaborates with general counsel and claim representatives to defend property owners and businesses.
