Fraser Stryker New Associate Spotlight: Kaitlin A. Madsen
Kait comes to the Firm with unique experience, both at Fraser Stryker and in the nonprofit sector. Kait worked as a Summer Associate with Fraser Stryker during 2019 and 2020. Before starting law school, Kait worked as a Health Care Access Community Organizer for Nebraska Appleseed. While there, Kait helped lead a successful ballot measure to expand Medicaid in Nebraska.
Awarded the University of Nebraska’s “Spirit of Service” award in May 2016, Kait earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Nebraska College of Law in 2021, with high distinction. Kait received a B. A. in Anthropology, summa cum laude, from Loyola University Chicago in 2015.
Kait stated that the reason she chose Fraser Stryker is “…the people: the attorneys and staff are hardworking, kind, smart, and creative. Also, with my background in nonprofit work, I really value the firm’s commitment to the community and taking on pro bono work.”
Outside of the office, Kait enjoys watching Omaha’s talented local musicians perform with her husband and son.
