Baker McKenzie appoints two new counsels
Baker McKenzie has announced the appointment of two counsels: Sara Belotti in the Corporate M&A Practice Group and Edoardo Ceracchi in the Employment Practice Group.
Sara Belotti mainly practices in the areas of private equity and equity capital markets. Sara assists international corporates, leading Italian companies and private equity funds on investments, acquisitions, disposals and carve-outs in various industries, including assistance concerning the Italian foreign direct investments regulation. In the equity capital markets field, Sara advises corporates and financial institutions in connection with listing processes on the Italian Stock Exchange.
Edoardo Ceracchi is a lawyer specializing in employment litigation, both judicial and extrajudicial. In this area, Edoardo assists national and multinational companies in relation to all issues related to the employment relationship, both individually and collectively, and to the agency relationship. In particular, Edoardo assists in relation to disputes related to top management relationships (including liability actions against directors) and reorganizations, disciplinary procedures and noncompetition and nonsolicitation covenants. Edoardo also manages trade union and inspection/social security disputes.
