Enhancing our transactional offering with seasoned lateral partner hire
Eversheds Sutherland welcomes M&A partner Jon Gill to its Corporate practice
Eversheds Sutherland has appointed Jon Gill, a highly respected partner with more than 15 years’ experience, to its London Corporate practice, where he will focus on M&A, venture capital and private equity in the technology sector for high growth companies.
Jon qualified at Eversheds Sutherland, later moving to TLT in 2013 from where he now joins.
Jon led his previous firm’s private equity, venture capital and technology M&A coverage, and founded its Fast Growth team, a national team of multi-disciplinary specialists that advises growth companies.
Bringing a wealth of experience to Eversheds Sutherland, Jon specialises in venture capital, private equity and M&A transactions, with a particular focus on the technology sector.
His client portfolio includes fast growth technology companies, venture capital investors and private equity investors.
