Goldberg Segalla added Samuel C. Jeon to the firm’s Transportation group in Orange County.
Samuel counsels and defends insurance and private clients in various civil litigation claims involving high-exposure bodily injury lawsuits in the fields of general liability, transportation, and premises liability. He has experience representing high-profile clients, including international airlines, major U.S. airports, airport service providers, and security companies in state and federal courts concerning negligence; negligent hiring, supervision, and retention; and premises liability matters. He also has experience in prosecuting and defending commercial litigation matters involving claims of breach of contract and fraud relating to cargo and freight issues and the sale of defective goods.
Samuel earned his bachelor’s degree at the University of California, Irvine, and his juris doctor at Loyola Law School, Los Angeles.
