Burke, Warren, MacKay & Serritella, P.C., a full service Chicago-based law firm, is pleased to announce that Mark B. Goldstein has joined the firm as an associate.
Mr. Goldstein concentrates his practice in the areas of business transactions and general corporate law. He advises his clients on legal and business issues including corporate formation and investment strategies. Mark also counsels companies through all stages of growth, including formation, capital raises, negotiating contracts and mergers and acquisitions. He is a member of the firm’s Corporate practice group.
Prior to joining Burke Warren, Mr. Goldstein was an attorney in the Barrington office of Buckley Fine, LLC.

Mr. Goldstein earned his law degree at John Marshall Law School (now the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law). He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
