Baker Donelson Adds Robin Barber to Health Law Group
Baker Donelson has added Robin Barber, who has extensive experience as in-house general counsel for senior living facilities, to its Health Law Group.
Joining as of counsel in the Firm's Chattanooga office, Ms. Barber brings senior living provider experience in establishing and leading in-house legal and risk management departments. Her background includes corporate governance; sale-leaseback transactions; joint ventures, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, management agreements, and operations transfers; secured and unsecured financing; corporate and financial restructurings; multi-state health care licensing and regulatory requirements for senior living facilities; and complex contract negotiations. Ms. Barber also has experience with senior living insurance and risk management matters.
