Ulmer Adds Talented Litigator to Expanding Columbus Office
Ulmer & Berne LLP is pleased to announce the addition of Counsel Michelle Casper to the firm’s Columbus office where she joins the Business Litigation Practice Group. An experienced commercial and civil litigation attorney, Casper provides counsel on matters ranging from complex commercial and business disputes to liability defense.
Known for her tenacity and dedication to her clients, Casper has served as lead counsel in several cases pertaining to commercial litigation, business matters, and negligence issues over the span of more than a decade. She also has experience with catastrophic personal injury, wrongful death cases, and retail litigation. She regularly counsels individuals and corporations on matters involving general litigation, property damage, construction defects, and corporate law. She manages multifaceted litigation in both state and federal courts, and is admitted to practice in Ohio, Illinois, and Indiana.

Recognized for her talent and advocacy, she has been named to the Illinois Super Lawyers Rising Stars list and was named NAWBO’s 2016 Member of the Year. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin and her J.D. from Chicago-Kent College of Law at the Illinois Institute of Technology.
