Mallory Reehl Joins Kilpatrick Townsend in Atlanta
Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton announced today the addition of Mallory Reehl as an Associate in the Atlanta office. Ms. Reehl joins the Mergers, Acquisitions & Securities Team.
Ms. Reehl focuses her practice on business and finance, mergers and acquisitions, and securities. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Reehl was an associate in the Atlanta, Georgia and Birmingham, Alabama offices of a southeast regional law firm where she practiced in its lending law practice group and focused on commercial and corporate finance and real estate.
Ms. Reehl earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Alabama School of Law and served as Articles Editor for the Alabama Law Review and as a member of the John A. Campbell Moot Court Board. She received her B.A., summa cum laude, in Political Science from the University of Georgia.
