Don Scaramastra, Experienced Litigator, Joins Miller Nash in Seattle
Miller Nash is pleased to welcome partner Don Scaramastra to the firm’s Seattle office. Scaramastra joins the firm’s litigation team, helping clients obtain insurance recoveries for large losses, address complex contract disputes, resolve disagreements over business acquisitions, and manage antitrust claims. Most recently, he has assisted a number of businesses who face losses and disruptions relating to the COVID-19 pandemic. Scaramastra also brings a deep commitment to public service and providing pro bono representation, including in several civil actions seeking systemic change.
