Goldberg Segalla Welcomes Elizabeth A. McBride
Goldberg Segalla added Elizabeth A. McBride to the firm’s Global Insurance Services group in Philadelphia.
Liz focuses her practice on counseling and defending insurers in coverage litigation throughout Pennsylvania. She draws on a background handling insurance coverage disputes on behalf of insurance carriers with a particular focus on first-party property coverage. Her experience also includes handling motor vehicle, fraud, and product liability matters on behalf of policyholders, adjusters, and contractors. She also tracked and analyzed COVID-19-related decisions throughout the pandemic involving business income and civil authority coverage, and the interpretation of direct physical loss.
Liz earned her bachelor’s degree from Immaculata University and her juris doctor from Pennsylvania State University, Penn State Law.
